And a Happy New Year full of successful turning! I'm off to the kitchen to cook a standing rib and Yorkshire pudding for our family Christmas Eve dinner. Just the realization that I am able to do that and share it with friends and family makes me feel truly blessed. :)

One of my favorite Christmas memories is of the year my Mom's Yorkshire pudding got so big it wouldn't come out of the oven!!
We all had to look in the oven to see how great it looked before my father attacked it to get it out.
