What a wonderful acquisition!
If a set of 4 were available I would be sorely tempted.
If one was able to commit, say, $250 to a set of 4 fine Nomis, what are recommendations?

Thank you. I hope that people who are interested in acquiring this brand get a sense of their appearance from these photos. I am unable to comment on performance as I have not the time yet to prepare them on the stones and use them. No plan to have them sit idle in the drawer. I don't think the blacksmith wishes for them to be admired from a distance.

Those are beautiful. I have a large 54mm Sukemaru atsunomi forged from WS1 and it is a beautiful and high-quality tool. Do you mind if I ask where you bought these?

Brian, these were purchased from Japan tool, whose store owner is So Yamashita.
Those are beautiful. I have a large 54mm Sukemaru atsunomi forged from WS1 and it is a beautiful and high-quality tool. Do you mind if I ask where you bought these?
