My daughter, who is undergoing chemo, has her chair at an angle in the corner of her living room with a small stupid square table that does not really work, so I made her one that will fit better.

And of course, the double taper on the legs is a "feature". They were originally made to be tapered from the top down, but some dumbass made the mortises for the bottom rails at the top of the legs. (sometimes I wish I could fire him!) Yes - all 4 legs - I, I mean he, was on a roll. LOL So rather than make 4 new legs, a double taper. Actually looks better than I thought it would.
