Birdhouses or Yard Art???

Greetings Fellow Creekers:

A couple of months ago I asked in this thread http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=23378 for some ideas on helping my nine year old granddaughter build a couple of birdhouses for her younger sister's Christmas presents.

We had a wonderful time in the shop on several occasions,28110 and today wrapped the birdhouses for Santa to bring tomorrow night.

But a funny thing happened along the way: 28111

So, not sure we will receive the Audubon Seal of Approval, but we are submitting them in the Yard Art category in the 06 county fair! :D

It was great fun if you need a project with a young person.
