For those working with customers that need things for events: What is your policy?
Right now what we're doing is adding a message in the signature of our emails basically stating if you confirm an order, don't expect a full refund. Partial refunds on a case by case basis. If you've approved proofs, there's a chance you might not get anything back.
I'm also recommending customers do not put dates on any of their items.
