Hi everyone.

I was going to start an Intarsia project but I noticed I am out of Yellow Heart lumber. I have tried 2 different places with no luck. I need a board 3/4" X 8" W x 2' long. Anyone know where i can find one?

Thanks in advance

Ben

Ocooch Hardwood is a great source of wood for Intarsia.

I believe that Hearne Hardwoods carries it.

Yes they are one of my favorite places to shop. But, at the present time they are out of stock for the width I need.

Thanks for the reply

UPDATE

I just got an email from Ethan at Ocooch Lumber and was informed of the following

"Yellowheart was just recently listed as an endangered species and importing of the lumber to the US has stopped. It is unlikely we will ever carry it again."
