I've done this a few times recently for some alternative body types that I had the PDF for but I've not done it from pape plans. Nice job!

But the finished guitars shown are Telecaster-types... ;)

I have done a few and believe it or not there is no interest in a body and finish it your self.
And think of what a laser could add to the guitar body with graphics

The Telecaster forum I participate in has hundreds of folks who source unfinished bodies for builds as well as finished bodies. They are paying between $100 and $400, depending on the bare vs finish and certain features. I get offers privately from folks to cut for them, but haven't entertained the idea so far because guitars are supposed to be my "hobby" within my woodworking activities since I started the business two years ago.

One thing that's critical however, for anyone producing them is that there are certain metrics that have to be spot on so that other parts fit (neck into body) and the positioning of certain components is correct for the scale of the intended instrument.

I agree "there are certain metrics that have to be spot on", when I built these I had a purchased neck and it fit like a glove made sue of that

I had done about 4 bodies and it was a good experience to get a good fit and all parts should fit and line up
but i could not make them at 35.00 per body people were buying them on ebay for that sort of price
