Lazy Susan Hardware kits - 50" Tall

Anyone know where to get lazy susan hardware kits for a 50" tall inside cabinet with 3 to 4 shelves? I am working on a replacement set of pantry cabinets that have 3 or 4 shelf lazy susans. They want new hardware and I plan to make the shelves out of wood.

Thanks guys. I was looking for a post assembly, but I will use the bearings for each level or use the bearings and make a tower that rotates all levels at the same time.
