Here is another maple bowl I did with wood from ebay. My main source. Haha. It's about 5 X 2 and a half. Finished with danish oil and buffed.
And then here is the bottoms of all the bowls in the past few posts. Need to work on that a little. I like a good looking bottom.

I really like the shape of the bowl....kinda partial to the Roman style and that's what you achieved. Very nice!!

Jim, All I can find is scrub pine and oak. I live down in the pinelands. Lots and lots of oak and pine but little else.
