What is your experience with Amazon Warehouse? What is the difference between the conditions listed? Am I to expect missing parts when a unit is described as acceptable?

What is the return policy on these items? Am I able to return items that come more damaged than expected?

They call it a fulfillment center. starting pay is high for this area. I have had several students start working right out of high school so no real requirements to get hired. Built at an abandoned navy airport not much there for miles around.

I have not shopped directly from Amazon Warehouse but, have selected "restored" versions of items at a reduced price that I assume come from the same bucket. I have had no issues. Items appeared to have been purchased and returned, sometimes unopened. Returns can be for wrong color, size, etc. Not always because something was operationally wrong with the item.

I have never ordered anything listed as acceptable on Amazon Warehouse Deals. Most of the stuff in acceptable condition seems to list cosmetic damage. I ordered Amazon Renewed for a couple of electrical load centers. I saved something like 30% on one and it looked just like new. They had Amazon Warehouse labels on them even though I did not order them on the Amazon Warehouse part of the website. I ordered a like new pop-up canopy from Warehouse Deals just today for about a 10% savings.

I ordered a sink from Warehouse Deals and it was totally not the model number it was listed as. Amazon paid for the return on a fairly heavy item.

The thing that would really help Amazon sell more items on Amazon Warehouse deals is if they took a picture or two of the actual item and put the pictures online. I am not taking a chance on anything with cosmetic damage without seeing the damage first. Say an undermount sink is listed as cosmetic damage. If the cosmetic damage is just the mounting flange I might buy it, but I would never know without pictures or better description of the damage.

I purchased a high-end carryon bag through the warehouse a couple of years ago. I was still doing a considerable amount of travel for work and I needed a bag that would hold up. Other than coming in a plastic bag (inside an Amazon box), the bag was brand new for 60% of the "new" price and with the full manufacturer's warranty. Depending upon what I'm considering purchasing, I will look on the warehouse side to see what is available.

I noticed 3-4 people this week wearing amazon fulfillment sweat pants. The logo was down the leg on both sides. Is that only for workers or is it for sale?

I buy lot of stuff from wearhouse deals. Usually just box damaged but stuff good. As to returns. If got something damaged would send back or negotiate with amazon on making wright. Got few free jet clamps that way....
