There's a Felder K-975 series slider on auction near me. It looks in good shape. Only issue is it's missing the sliding carriage table and fence. The sliding carriage is on there, along with the lower table support arm. Anyone know how difficult it'd be to acquire a replacement table/fence, or how expensive? It might go for under $1k, so might have some wiggle room to play with. Just wondering if it'd be worth it.

It's also 3-phase, but I don't have a phase converter... Can a slider be run off a static phase converter? Or do you need a rotary phase converter? Height and tilt are electronic, so I'm guessing I'd need a rotary..

Missing stuff on a slider can get expensive. I would consider that a part saw but probably not a rebuild. I bought a second saw for parts but only after the first one was home and i could figure out what was needed. 1k including premium and rigging is about right. Dave
