Band saw identification

Good morning, I was curious if anyone on here would recognize this bandsaw. I've scowered the typical site OWWM, vintage macherinery, google, etc. It has 34" wheels and not a single casting mark stamp insignia anything of identification. Just curious if anyone has came across a similar saw in their time. Thank you kindly.

Wow, wooden wheels and a flat belt! That may be from before the age of steam. Does the blade run on wood? What is the pulley made of?
