Hammer A3 31 Extentions

Does anyone know if you can use an F coupling type connector on an A3 31? Reason is that I want to get an Aigner extension and use it on my bandsaw that also has those connectors.

Hi, the A3 uses the Hammer rail to mount the fence and in feed table extension. You wouldn't be able to use the F type table there.

You could of course use the F type tables/rails on jointer out feed and planer out feed if you're willing to drill.

I presume your band saw already has the F type rails?

It might be easier to convert the band saw to Hammer rails and use the Hammer extensions..................Regards, Rod.
