Some googling found that to be a Vision/AwardCraft award. http://www1.visionsawardcraft.com/products/print.aspx?item=fs156&fac=visionsawardcraft

Here's a vendor we work with on an occassion and I only have good things to say about. Not that award but they have similar ones. Very nice people in general. I normally just let them do all the engraving/sublimation when I order and I'll do the layouts. Profits a bit lower but it's typically workable.

Fair warning, be prepared for some sticker shock on Visions/Awardcraft shipping charges. At least request a quote or have them apply charges to your account. If you have them apply charges to your account, ask them their handling charge.
