What are these strange little hammers?

I got a toolbox full of tools from an older guy and these little hammers were in it. Does anyone know what they are for or if they’re some sort of specialty hammer?

Just guessing, but they may be used in leather work for setting brads and such.

The longer one definitely looks like a rivet setter to me.
