Took a lot of time, first time for me with insert drawers and I think the last time.

Hi Brian
Nice looking piece!
Were the drawers on runners or fitted to the case? And what was the drawer construction?

Very nicely done Sir!
Please provide some more information, wood type and finish! It appears to be read oak to my aging eyes.

Picture me breaking my arm patting myself on the back. Major doubts I could actually do this and prefer not to do inset drawers on future projects, but complete. I know where all the flaws are... On to the end tables.
Thanks.

Very nice Brian! The maker always knows where the bodies are buried, but the smart maker keeps his or her mouth shut ;)

Looks very nice Brian But why the last time? You paid a lot of dues and tuition getting it to look so good. Next one should be a walk in the park.

ken:
it is dark walnut and I sorted the wood so I would have no sap wood showing in the project. No stain with an Arm R Seal wipe on finish.
Thanks.

Good point. Frustrating for me figuring out how to do it, but you are right the hard work is done and it is a nice look than overlay drawers. Thanks.
