Barbara has it right. I recently bought a 55 gallon drum. Cost worked out $4.23 per gallon. That included shipping.

Hi Randy

A 55 gallon drum is a LOT of anchoerseal. If you need that much then great. If you have enough buddies who you can share with that is also great.

Be aware that you can get the stuff with or without antifreeze. Once it freezes you have a big glob of wax that isn't good for anything. So store it indoors so it doesn't freeze.

I prefer the product without the antifreeze because I don't like the chemicals to leach into the roughed out wood bowls I use it on.

There are a lot of places that you can get smaller quantities at a much increased unit price. Woodcraft sells "green wood sealer", which is the same stuff for $17 a gallon. A gallon will coat, more or less, 50 bowls. The woodcraft product has antifreeze.

Thanks

Richard
