Saw this on Clist. A delta 20 bandsaw with two motors for two speeds?

That’s one way to do it. Changing belts would be a bit of a pain.

I bet the original motor is dead. I would do it with one belt and only power one motor at a time. That allows one motor to just coast along with no power. Saves a. lot of belt changes,. I assume one motor is 1600 rpm while the other is 3600.
I was expecting the extra motor to be a blower.
