Arbor Brand Woodworking Machines

Good Morning All,Does anyone have any experience with Arbor brand equipment? I have a chance to buy an Arbor 12" jointer/planer for an attractive price. It appears to be in good condition from the pictures I've seen. Of course, I'd do my due diligence and inspect it thoroughly before buying it. The only information I've found indicated that it's Italian-built. Any experience/thoughts?

Arbor was an Italian motor manufacturer supplying SCM, Griggio and some others, wasn't aware they'd made whole machines. Could you link a photo? Very intriguing..
