Scored pretty good on some maple a piece over 5 ft about 23" wide and 2 7/8' thick for $50 and it does has some splits but man I can make a few cutting boards and some cheese boards. I cut a 2' piece off with my circular saw then rip 1 1/2" wide pieces . And the guy I got the maple from also thru in a walnut slab about 2'x15"x2" and I am going to rip to put into my cutting and cheese boards.
