Help with Table saw trunnion

I have a Menard's Masterforce table saw model 240 0037 the trunnion that adjusts the blade height is worn. The gears are half worn off, I cannot locate a replacement part. The factory that made the saw no longer has the contract so I cannot get a replacement. Would another branded saw have matching parts?
