Order of matches in HS wrestling?

When two HS teams have a wrestling match where only one individual match goes on at a time, how is the order of the matches determined? Is it systematic - lower weight classes before higher weight classes? Or is it determined by some random process?

Going off of memory from about 25 years ago when my brother was wrestling: they started with the lighter classes, and ended with the heaviest.

53 years ago they started with the lightest weight and worked up to the heavy weights.

I learned at a Purdue wrestling match recently that it is up to the coaches. The order was all over the place in terms of weights which is why I asked, evidently it is normal for it to be lightest to heaviest but sometimes there are circumstances for them to change it.
