Anyone cut CR39 thermoplastic?

I've got a test sheet to process for a potential new client. They make radon detectors and need sheets of CR39 cut into 864 very precise pieces. Apparently the plastic is sensitive to many environmental factors. For example they can't come in close proximity to masonry, concrete, etc.. and of course they will be useless if accidentally exposed to radon and other gasses. Has anyone ever heard of or processed this stuff? If so, tell me about it! I'm curious what other details might help me in securing this regular large order client!

the only CR39 I found shows it mainly used in the eyeglasses arena. A cast monomer..... Sounds like an acrylic actually. So it may laser well. I'd get them to give you a reject part or two to test.
It Isn't polycarbonate which doesn't cut at all well with a laser.
