Normally I am good and getting fonts sorted out. A client wants us to match their existing plates, it was done on a rotary and I can't sort out the font. I am guessing it is designed for that technology. Anyone have an idea? What the Font and Imagaro came up with nothing.

Double Line Century, but I won't say who's... ;)
-and yeah, I can't spell...
413218

Since you'll never find it online:
413217

It's a re-worked never-finished beta(?) version of the actual single-line version of the font, 'micro'-outlined to work as a TT font. There are some issues with certain letter spacing (which you can manually adjust for) and there's no extra lower case 'tails', (to add to ending 'e's for example) but it works on tool machines and lasers...

Kev sorry for the LATE Response. Thanks for your help, they just sent me the plate in the mail so now I can do a true match test :-)

Sorry did I miss and update, do I need to pay now to view images and download files? I'll gladly pay, just wondering what level I need to do that.
