Another source would be Jeff Jewitt at Homestead Finishing.

I buy mine at Woodcraft and Rockler. Have had good luck with both, but make sure you check that you get flakes, not chucks. Happens occasionally and it will not dissolve properly from the chucks.

Only one source in my book. Jeff Jewitt's Homestead Finishing. Their shellac flakes have proven to be the best quality of shellac that I've found anywhere. Other than that? Get Zinnser's Shellac in the pre-mix at your local BB store. It works well too.
