(http://tablelegs.com/lgimages/303-CS.jpg)It was suggested that I post over here.

I need four legs for a christmas present. Below are the details. The design below is perfect for this project. It figures that I get a call today from the company telling me their out of stock. Pretty much no chance of getting them before x-mas. Let alone finishing the project.

Has to be maple. Should be 18" tall.

This versatile leg will give your project visual interest at the floor. Use the stretcher block to support an H-stretcher, a box stretcher or even a handy shelf. Recommended top thickness is 3/4" with about a 3" overhang.

Marty - I could start on 'em today, but it would have to be cherry, which I have in hand.

Around here 12/4 maple gets gobbled up too fast for me to ever get my hands on any.

Thanks, but of course I cut all of my maple before ordering the legs. I do have plenty of cherry onhand, but I want to exhaust this effort first.

I wish online sites would show quantity onhand...

I really don't trust myself to do a good job. But I have to go pick up some mahogany this afternoon....

So if I see some 12/4 Maple, I could ship it to Andy, he could turn it in 2 or 3 minutes, then ship it to you Marty.
