I ordered this leg today and got a call that it won't ship until late next week. Of course I need it for a x-mas present. Anyone have other sources for legs? I'm having trouble finding a replacement.

Needs to be very similar in dimensions. And has to be maple.

Marty, your link doesn't work for me. What are the approximate dimensions of that leg?

This versatile leg will give your project visual interest at the floor. Use the stretcher block to support an H-stretcher, a box stretcher or even a handy shelf. Recommended top thickness is 3/4" with about a 3" overhang.

Marty have you tried Osborne Wood. They are at osbornewood.com. Not sure if they have what you need but I have ordered from them and have had pretty quick service.

Marty,
Don't know where you are located, but you may wish trying a posting over on the turners forum. With overnight express it's a possibility you can have just what you wish within 2-3 days.
