Suppliers for 3/8" Cross Dowel Nuts

I'm looking for a supplier of 3/8" cross dowel nuts. So far I only find them at Lee Valley. I have tried McMaster Carr, Grainger, Woodworkers Hardware & Ebay using the terms cross dowel hardware, cross dowel nuts & barrel nuts. I find plenty of 1/4 20 nuts but nothikng in 3/8".

Any suggestions for different search terms or different suppliers?

Here is another source for 3/8 - 16 cross dowel nuts. They are $0.90 each in small quantities, around $0.64 each for larger quantities.

Amazon apparently offers a variety. I searched for cross dowel nuts 3/8" but maybe 10mm diameter would work for you.

If I needed just a few I'd probably make some from aluminum or steel 3/8" rod.
