Hauling Wood in your Car or SUV

Here's a trick to make it easier. Take along a big plastic bag, the kind you get salt or bird food in. Pop it over the first board before loading it. Then you can just slide it in without the wood catching or scratching the interior. Slide the second board on top of the first and into the bag. Way easier on the vehicle and way easier to clean up after.

I keep a tarp in one of the cubbies in the suv and wrap all the wood otherwise, what a mess!
