dll version does not match firmware

Hi guys. Ive got a laser cutter that Ive just bought.. when ive installed the software I get this error on the board (dll version does not match firmware) It says the version is V4.0.3 and im wondering how I change this and upgrade it to get it working...???

Please help asap and thank you in advance
