I've always done this with my Ceros, but recently I picked up a job which is particularly large, and I decided it's time to speed up the process. I picked up this Dewalt buffer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004W1WGIC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) along with these buffing pads (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0040HA9Y6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from Amazon. What exactly is the process you use and which compounds do you prefer?
In the past, I've used my ceros with 1000-4000g SC pads to create a rubbed surface from satin to gloss respectively. I just used soapy water and it worked fairly well, albeit a bit slow. Can you walk me through your rubbing process using a high speed buffer?
1) machine RPM?
2) which color pads to use?
3) which compounds you like?
Thanks!
