Porter Cable 560 (pocket hole QuikJig) discontinued

I've seen that PC's pocket hole system appears to compare favorably to the Kreg systems. I was about to pull the trigger on buying the PC 560, but see it has been discontinued. It doesn't seem that it is being replaced with a newer model. I'm surprised since people seem to view it highly.

Curious if anyone has heard if there might be a replacement coming?

Any reason that the discontinued status should keep me from buying?

I actually just bought one based on the reviews for that reason. I also picked up extra bits in case they are not available. Haven't had time to try it out yet though. I do own the K4 & K5 Kregs, so I can compare them to it. The part I like is one set up for the bit, works with all thicknesses. I found my at Menards during their 11% rebate sale.
