Newer to the program and think I had beginners luck last time I used it 2/3 years ago... I've downloaded QGIS V2.8.9, V3.4.7, and V3.6. I've also downloaded the recommended Python 3.6 for the newer copies. The online tutorials aren't working for me, IDK maybe I'm forgetting something. I'm trying to get the road maps for Texas, can anyone help walk me through this?
