storing a laser tube

I have a new 10000hr RECI 100watt replacement tube rated at 118.9w
bought as I thought my laser 100watt was failing, turned out it
was the power supply and now i have no use for it,
Its a W4 RECI authenticated under warranty
how long can i keep this is storage, its still in the packing it came in

my 80w RECI was 5 years old last Thanksgiving day, no signs of slowing down whatsoever, I figure an un-used one should last at least as long as mine-- assuming it's well sealed. Storing somewhere in the house to avoid temp extremes would likely be a good idea...
