AI or Correl draw?

I have a 30w fiber laser and just seeing what the pros and cons verse adobe illustrator and correl draw? Price difference and what software? Correl x4 x6 x6 x7?

For a fiber it won't matter one bit because you will be exporting an older version of an ai file to import into the fiber software. Get whatever you are comfortable with and has support you can find when you need it - that's likely to be Corel given that the vast majority of laser (co2) users design with Corel. As for version? I'd get the latest but pretty much anything will work to create the files you need.
