With using a riving knife, any recommendations for overhead dust collection or is it pretty much all DIY?

Grizzly G0651 if it makes a difference.

I just saw that. Looks sturdy. I wonder how easy it is to adjust for various thicknesses or move out of the way when not doing thru cuts.

Very easy. It lifts or swings 90 degrees with ease

I use this one, it works well.

It swings out of the way, or you can lift it off the pivots if you want to remove it completely............Rod.

I had the Grizzly and it worked well, ended up switching to a Shark Guard so I could still use it for cutting narrower strips than the Grizzly would allow due to the size of the guard.

Makes sense. I had one on my PM66 before this and almost went with the shark guard on my Felder but decided to go this route so there wasn’t a physical connection to the table so I could use it during other operations like dado.

I went with a Shark Guard on my Grizzly G0833P. Works well but not perfect but it's probably due to my dust collection system.

I drilled a hole and attached a Felder guard to my splitter.

Doesn't work with the guard attached for non-thru cuts, but works well on thin rips, DC is good.
