I am trying to come up with a simple pine corner moulding where the car siding meets the drywall. Suggestions? Pics? I have a case of "brain lock" at the moment. I guess there is always pine quarter round....

Yeah, quarter round or cove pretty much covers the ins and outs.

A simple quarter round would be my choice and that's what I used recently when using similar material for our powder room ceiling. I happened to use a larger size to hide fasteners as this is a removable ceiling (plumbing above which will never leak again since I bagged drywall :) ) but the idea would work nicely for your application in a smaller size, too.

Nope...straight out of Home Depot's rack...it's about an inch in size and I coped the corners. It's only installed with 23 gage pins so it can be pulled down quickly and without damage should I need to get to the screws that hold the T&G ceiling boards at the ends to pull things down to fix a future leak. :)
