Safety Speed website down?

I need to replace the counterbalance on my Safety Speed vertical panel saw. Haven't been able to get their website to open for a week or two. I'm not sure if it's them or me...I don't have problems opening any other websites. I've jury rigged up my own counterbalance to get by but I'm going to need that tow chain back at some point.

Thanks guys. I've tried two different browsers on my computer, maybe I'll try my wife's computer later. We did switch internet providers recently too. Could that have anything to do with it? As I said, I'm not having problems with any other websites.

I can always call them, just hate talking on the phone.

You hate talking on the phone? That sure sounds like the easiest and fastest way in this situation.

Not if you end up talking to phone banks overseas that are often: a) hard to understand, and b) seem to only recite a standard patter and cannot relate to the specifics you are telling them. Sorry, I too, hate talking to a number of support lines.

On the other hand, I DO use phone and chat when it is the most convenient or timely format.
