Has anyone used these? http://dominofix.com/2017/12/05/connectors-festool-domino-df500/ How do they compare to Lamello Clamex P connectors? Do they actually pull the joint together or are the mating parts simply pinned by the screw?

They look interesting for knock-down solutions...pretty simple. Based on the various photos, I do not believe they pull the joint together...you do that and then drive the screw. But I certainly could be wrong about that.

Yea I don’t think those pull the joint together, it certainly doesn’t look like it. But the official Festool connectors do. And they are very well built. Pricey though.
