My Coolest Project Yet!!!

Keep your first few projects and in 50 years you can show your grand kids some of your early work. They may even become collectors items.

Richard...Looks great!...Now you're going to have to get in the habit of telling us what size...what's the wood type, and what you used for a finish. You obviously are excited about turning....I gotta tell ya...That is a very fine thing to see!!!

Very nice pieces and you're doing very well, just keep it up as there's no better way to improve and hone your turning skills better that spinning wood on the lathe and making something of it. Congrats on a job well done.:D

I can, (vaguely) remember turning at 16 :eek: . If he keeps this up, the seminars will begin in about two months.

Nice work Richard. It looks like you're hooked on this turning stuff. I was using a lathe when I was 16 (in school), but I wasn't doing as nice of pieces as what you've shown in your pictures. I can't wait to see how good you get after a few bazillion turnings under your belt.
