Rockler Router Bit 61886 Instructions

I have a Rockler Router Bit 61886 that I cannot find any instructions for use. I searched the rockler.com and made a google search but found nothing. I have a need to finger joint some lumber and this is a finger joint bit I think. The puzzling thing is there is a 1/4" square cutter at the top of the bit. I have not used a finger joint before but I think the use is to run part A through the router bit and then either use a spacer or move the bit up/down and run part B. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, the Infinity Bit is very similar and the instructions from Infinity should work. I will work on that project tomorrow.
