Just received an email from customer service at Wood Magazine. They were responding to an email inquiry I had sent regarding a missing issue of the magazine. They say they processed a replacement order yesterday and I should allow three weeks for delivery.


My original email to them was sent in late October (2018).

Seems like a lot of companies do not regularly monitor the email listed on their websites. When I am missing an issue (regardless of which magazine), I always call them. I get pretty good response time that way.
