Hi guys,
I finally received the 1" tri-master blade for new bandsaw but had questions regarding blade setup.
First question is related to tracking the blade of the wheels. I set up the blade so that only the teeth are sticking out of the top wheel. Once I got it to track, I noticed that teeth on bottom wheel were not sticking out like on the top wheel but instead were a few mm in from edge of wheel. Is this expected? I heard that wheels have to be set co-planner but Felder doesn't provide any instructions for this.
Also I noticed that I have to re-track the blade if I de-tension the blade. Do you all de-tension the blade after use and what is your experiences to avoid having to re-track it.
TKS,
Albert
