I am one of the lucky people that was well schooled on maintaining before I owned my own tools. I can also thank people like Ron Bontz and others here that walked me thru retoothing a saw from the straight edge.

They are Lynx brand. Same company not the fancier handle and the breasted tooth line. I don't know if the steel is the same. They claim hand sharpened and look so. The handles or totes if you prefer are not great but OK. The proof will be in the cutting.
