Powermatic 25a Parts needed

I have newly acquired a Powermatic 25a and am searching for a few parts if anyone can help. I am looking for a 1/2 router bit collet, which seems to be discontinued. Do you think a 1/4 could be drilled out accurately enough by a good machinist?

I am also missing the bolts that go through the fence assembly and into the table. I can’t figure out what size they are. I have tried:
7/16-14 goes in but is cross thread
7/16-20 have not tried, but is measures wrong with dial calipers
1/2-13 goes in 1.5 turns
1/2-20 to big for the hole

M12-1.75 close but does not thread
M12-1.50 close but does not thread

Am I missing something or should I just tap the hole to a known size?
