I just downloaded the new version of the Firefox browser, version 1.5, and it appears they have added more "text enlarging capability".
CTRL and the "+" key will enlarge text, and CTRL and the "-" key will reduce it. CTRL and the scroll wheel on the mouse will also work.
This feature exists in Internet Explorer, but does not always work on HTML pages using CSS ("cascading style sheets"), and did not work on the forums here. The new version of Firefox does allow text enlarging, so for any readers with problems sometimes reading the text, grab a copy of Firefox at http://www.mozilla.com/firefox (it is open source / free software).
