So I have started messing around making puzzle bandsaw boxes. I have a question...
How do you get the key to fit tight? I am using a 1/8" 0.025" blade, but the fit of the key just isn't that great. I've seen lots of these bandsaw boxes at art fairs and the like and usually the key fits tight-tight enough in some cases to make it tricky to figure out how to open the box. My only idea was to use a section of wood away from the main box and make the key de novo and fit it into its hole.
Thanks for any input
