Another HF GEM, Not Woodworking

I like to bake. Pies are my thing. When removing a meringue pie from oven, it's hard not to get gloves into meringue. First thought were to use a pizza peal, but all I found were too big, and had a long handle, which make them a PITA to store. About a month ago, wife and I were in local HF. I saw a mixing tray for body putty. It met all my needs. It's a sheet of tempered aluminum, with a rolled hand hold on one end. For ten bucks, I describe it as a HF GEM. PS, just remove two sweet potato pies from oven using putty mixing tray. Thing works like a charm.
