I think they're filming the "landing" in the same studio where they made the moon film. There is a you tube piece that
shows some guy berating Buzz Aldrin for the studio caper. Buzz slugged him.

On a related note, the Cleveland Police Department sent out a Tweet yesterday - when NE Ohio had it's first decent snow of the season, that read something like -"NASA just sent a successful mission 300 million miles to Mars - - You can drive in snow".
