Tasai. Blue steel I believe. I know someone selling a second hand set of 10 in excellent condition for $850USD I think it was. Michio and Akio are father / son who are the smiths at Tasai.

I think this is actually the white steel model. But be aware Tasai has a long history of issues related to the heat treatment. My father told me this was the case when he worked in Japan and Stan Covington told me they still have issues. Edges will fold or crumble when they should hold up fine.
